Booking Fee and Cancellation Charges
All new customers will be charged a booking fee of £20 per stay which is non refundable but part of the overall costs.
Day boarders will pay the total cost on booking but may flex their day accordingly.
All xmas and new years bookings will be 50% of the costs if the booking charge is payable after the 1st of december and non refundable. The 3 bank holidays over xmas will be charged at double the cost.
All bookings taken after the 18th December will be expected to pay the full price on confirmation of the booking. |
